Cara and Adam Nitz understand that strong, lasting marriages require intentional effort.
Married for more than 20 years, with five children and a homestead, they've spent years investing in their own marriage through counseling, coaching, mentorship, and personal growth. Today, they help couples do the same through The Way for Love, offering marriage coaching, courses, workshops, support communities, and the Marriage Unmasked podcast.
Cara is a certified life, transformation, and trauma-informed coach with more than 15 years of experience helping people experience personal growth and healthier relationships. Adam is trauma-informed certified, holds a master's degree in ministry, is a Christian author, and is passionate about helping men grow as husbands, fathers, and leaders.
Their approach isn't about quick fixes. It's about giving couples practical tools, healthier communication patterns, and a renewed vision for their marriage that continues long after the retreat ends.
