⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "We had the perfect wedding at St George's Caye Resort! 18 of our closest family and friends joined us to celebrate our marriage and there isn't anything we would change at all. We decided on St George's Caye Resort sight unseen because of the proximity to Belize City (shorter travel from the airport), the beautiful photos from the website, and the responsiveness of the owner, Tim, and all of the staff.

About 6 months before our arrival, we were in direct contact with Jahnene, the reservationist/wedding planner. Every question we had was answered in a timely and professional manner. She helped us arrange the officiant, the photographer, hair and makeup artists, as well as flowers for the ceremony. The day of the ceremony was nothing short of spectacular. The site was beautiful, the food was great, the staff was attentive, and the reception was one of a kind.

One of the things that sticks out most to us was the cake. We were expecting a sheet cake, but we were surprised with a beautiful (and delicious) 2-tiered cake that had custom flavors at our request (rum sponge cake with coconut cream icing). We were there for 5 days with our guests, plus an additional 2 days for myself and my now husband. The food was great, the staff became like friends, and given the opportunity to do it over again, I wouldn't change a thing.
